Benton Honest TT Mist 벤튼 어니스트 티티 미스트 Review
The mist was sent to me by Roseroseshop because I am among one of the lucky 30 winners who won their Benton Honest TT Mist giveaway last year, yeay! Roseroseshop also provided me with a tracking number (but it becomes useless once the item enters my country because the tracking system here suck). The parcel comes with a simple cute note too. Benton Honest TT Mist is made of Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Water instead of water. This mist contains Hyaluronic acid and various beauty ingredients to help improve your rough and damaged skin from stress and pollution with moisturizing and cooling effect."
The mist suits for all skin types and holds 40ml of the product.

The description on the actual mist is the same as what is printed on the box.
Instructions on how to use the product is printed on the actual mist, no instructions detected on its box. The product expires 18 months after its manufactured date which is 22nd October 2015. The mist is 3 months old now.
The mist features a spray function.
Firstly, I do not dare to try any of Benton products since the brand raised a contamination scandal due to their Snail Bee High Content Essence somewhere in 2014. The batch(es) of the product manufactured prior to the scandal date was said to develop contamination that irritates and broke out many of users' skin. I know about this matter when I looked up for reviews of the product last time.
Since the Honest TT Mist is being sent to me and I have read good reviews about it, I say why not giving it a chance? Here it goes:
The packaging; Plain & simple. Boring, I thought. But at the same time I kind of liking the minimalist look. The texts however, especially on the main face of the box (2nd pic from start) are small and may be hard for some people to read.
The product: scentless and colorless as water. Tea tree is one of the main ingredients but the tea tree scent is undetected. The product absorbs fast by patting though.
My thoughts: I only started using the mist last night for my night skincare routine, replacing my Secret Key Aloe Soothing Toner with this one. I sprayed directly on my face with 4 pumps, it spreads just okay. When I massaged my face for absorption, it makes my skin feels immediately soft, moisturized, fresh, clean and supple. However after a couple of minutes, I noticed developments of small white bumps near my cheeks >< I am not sure whether it is triggered by the mist, I was also cleaning my room that night so it involves dust accumulating in the air and possibly sticking on my face. To be safe, I made a conclusion to not use the mist again.
On the box and mist itself, it is stated that the mist has a cooling effect, but I barely felt any cooling sensation. The description also said it helps to improve damaged skin from pollution. The dust sticking on my face is technically a pollution, but the mist does not help either. I found a review of the product by a different user where she said the mist moisturizes her face and does not break out her skin. The mist unfortunately broke out mine by giving me small white bumps and pimples the next day :( I gave away the mist to my mom, I hope the mist works wonders for her instead! I have only pumped it 5 times, it will be a waste to throw it away.
My ratings: 
1 star only because I like the immediate soft, moisturized, fresh, clean and supple feeling on my skin right after applying.
