It was my first time buying something from Lookfantastic and I think their service is quite good. It is a UK-based online store that ships worldwide for FREE. I live for free shipping sites!!!! I remembered that I ordered sometime in November 2016 and my order got shipped out ON THE SAME DAY . I was amazed at their fast shipping service. The free shipping didn't come with a tracking number but thats alright. It arrived a month to Brunei and my small item was packed in a big box.
