Summer Time

What do I mean by summer time? As a person living in a hot tropical country, I am experiencing summer throughout the whole year! and I never fancied the heat. Ever.

Yesterday me and my cousin went out from 2pm until 8pm. We watched The Minions and had our iftar at Ideal. The Minions are so cute! I want to pet each and every of them. I felt excited when Gru showed up at the end of the movie. I remembered I cried when watching Despicable Me 2. I simply love Gru, the minions and the three girls. Other else than watching a movie, I casually went to Missha to take a look. The shopkeeper is so friendly and knowledgeable about beauty and skincare, she even gave me skincare samples even though I did not purchase much, major points for her! Missha is currently having sales (as well as Skinfood) but I only bought their lemon face mask. I am eyeing on the Time Revolution Night Repair Ampoule and essence. I've read a couple of good reviews regarding the product where people's skin felt more softer, brighter and better. I am also eyeing on the volcano clay mask too, which is good to tighten the pores, cleanse the face and carries dirt away. I already have an ampoule to use in-line (still waiting for it to arrive).

Lemon is good for brightening, pore tightening and uplifts dull skin.

Went to Guardian to restock some of my favorite skincare essentials (Hada Labo AHA BHA face wash, Silkygirl makeup remover, cotton pads, Bio-Essence face mist, Guardian aloe gel and face masks).

Went to Etude House the night before yesterday to check out their current selling products, turns out that they are having sales!!!! buy 1 free 1 on some items, discounts and $1 items!!!! I only bought Play 101 Pencil (4 pieces) which are number 4 (eye highlighter), 21 (bought this for two pieces. Glossy red perfect for lipstick) and 33 (some kind of light lilac color, perfect to use as eyeshadow, lip liner and lipstick).

The packaging. So cute!!!!!

I am a bit annoyed with the 'lead' of one of the pencils, specifically no. 21. The lead could not go downwards below the tip. So I had to carefully and slowly open and close the pencil with its cap.

No. 4 below the eye as a highlighter(it is me above). So happy with my purchases.

Anyways, I have a total of 17 books to read, ranging from Little Black Dress and Nicholas Sparks book series and books written by other authors. Killing time with reading is my perfect definition of semester break. Books are borrowed from dear cousin.

An update on my parcel: it seems that it has already departed from Hong Kong! which means that I will receive it sooner!

It is already the month of July......someone's birthday is coming soon ^-^ and cheers for keeping up with each other for 10 months & 1 day.

Purple Tale Unboxing + Once Upon A Neck Cream Review

A week ago I received a lovely PR package from one of the brands that I have always been curious about, Purpletale . I discovered about brand when I first saw Ryanraroar's  (Singaporean male beauty blogger) Instagram post about it a few months back. My curiosity of the brand developed since then, I just thought that they were unique and captivating in some kind of way. I feel very grateful and lucky when Purpletale have given me the chance to try out their products. I was asked to choose 2 products that I wanted to review, I choose their Once Upon A Neck Cream - because I thought I need to take more care of my neck and Setting the Scene Essence - hoping that it can help to fade my blemishes since  it contains stellar ingredients such as ginseng, peptide complexes, adenosine and niacinamide As soon as I opened the box, not only it is lightly scented, I also didn't expect to receive more than the 2 intended products! PT wow-ed me with their gene...

Boomdeahdah Mild & Pure Cleansing Oil | Comparison Review

Hello, Everyone! Not sure if I can call this a comparison review because there is ONLY ONE (or two or three) difference between these two hahah anyway, lets get into it! Sometime in August, I received an unexpectedly generous package from Boomdeahdah , a Korean Beauty company. Their motto is " We Love The World " which I think is cute. I can't get much info about the company since there is no English translation on their website, but the motto seems to mean that they are focusing on using natural ingredients. I received a total of 6 products from them, they are too kind! In this post I am just going to talk about 2 of the products I received to review, which are their MILD and PURE cleansing oils. I've talked about their Pure Cleansing Water and Eye & Lip Makeup Remover on my Instagram, both which I really love and wanted to purchase. Boomdeahdah Mild Cleansing Oil(180ml) Price: 8,900₩ Ingredients of the Mild Cleansing Oil B...
