[REVIEW] Etude House Sunprise Natural Corrector SPF50+/PA+++

Hands down to one of my favorite finds this year and the best sunblock I have ever applied!!!!!!!

Here is the extract from the back packaging;
"UV defense moisturizer whitens skin with Niacinamide and improves wrinkles with Adenosine, Formulated with Acai Berry, Acerola, Aloe vera for skin soothing relief."

The product will be dispensed through the tube by squeezing the packaging.

The product appears to have a hint of pink color which can't be seen in the photo because photos can be deceiving. The texture is not liquid-y like some other sunblock lotions, however it is a little bit thick. To be honest, the consistency is really hard to spread widely skin. Because once the sunblock splats on the skin, it sticks and that makes it hard to spread. The scent is a mixture of sunblock and some kind of beauty cosmetic smell, it is not unpleasant for me and it smelled fine.

A series of my selcas prior to applying the sunblock.

The sunblock is applicable as a makeup base too. andddddd I cut my bangs on my own earlier, haha.

After spreading the product onto my face, It is obvious that I look fairer, the whitening action is immediate. It gives off a natural finish, not dewy nor matte, which is nice. It corrects the skin tone if one has an unbalanced skin tone, like me :( in real life, the color on my nose appears to be darker than the rest of my face. That is because I had a moderate sunburn on the end of 2014. My nose was burnt, tight and showing peeling action by that time. It won't go back to its original color no matter how many times I tried whitening products >.< same goes to my hand sleeves too, where I had a terrible sunburn on March 2013, due to not wearing sunblock and standing under a very hot sun for a few hours (was having a vacation at Singapore at that time, lining up for Big Bang's빅뱅 concert precisely. The sun was insane and also, who asked to wear sleeveless clothing!!!!!). So if anyone of you know a working product or solution that can heal sun burns, uneven skin tone or sun marks, do let me know please~ (please do not recommend a laser treatment because I am poor).

Will I repurchase? Ofcourse! However, it is considered pricey (US12.48 at Jolse.com) for a product that weighs 50g. Moreover, it will last quickly if one is applying for the face and whole body often. I will look for an alternative good sunblock soon which has a watery consistency that is easier to spread.
My verdict for this product is 4/5, -1 for the pricing and thick consistency.

Disclaimer: images of the product (including product swatch) are taken using the back camera of a Samsung S4 with a HDR mode. I do not edit and filter any of my faces nor wearing makeup. All are taken under a natural lighting). My flaws can't be seen because photos are deceiving, Bye.
