[REVIEW] The Face Shop Color My Eye Brow 02 Light Brown

Last post before I am away for a vacation for 4D3N starting tomorrow!

The Face Shop Color My Eye Brow in 02 Light Brown

The eyebrow gel featuring Etude House Butterfly Mirror

The packaging holds 6ml of the product. The packaging originally comes with a plastic wrap and without boxing. There is no indication of the list of ingredients on the packaging.

There are a total of 4 shades for this eyebrow gel line. They are;
(picture source: here)

However, I have only seen Light Brown and Gray Brown shades at the local Face Shop stores. Other shades are probably sold out or unavailable.

Going to test the eyebrow gel on my bare brows!

The color turns out just alright. The light brown gel is visible on my bare eyebrows. Some of the gel got onto my skin, but it can be removed without hassle. I think that the eyebrow gel stays for quite some time. An eyebrow gel can be a good go-to eyebrow application when you are in a rush or just lazy to apply eyebrow makeup.

This time, I am trying the eyebrow gel after touching up my eyebrows using a light brown eyebrow pencil and dark brown eyebrow shadow. After applying the eyebrow, my eyebrow appears lighter but the color does not look pretty to my liking. I was expecting for the gel to turn my eyebrows into light brown color but instead it looks grey-ish, the outcome makes my eyebrow looks old. I think that the eyebrow shadow does not blend well with the eyebrow gel, thus resulting in grey casts.

My overall rating for this product is;

1 out of 5 stars.
I won't repurchase this as other Korean brand eyebrow gel such as Etude House's (I've tried before) appeared prettier and by far, I prefer Etude's. I am not saying that it is a bad eyebrow gel, but it is just not satisfying for me. It does not give me the final look that I wanted after using an eyebrow pencil and eyebrow shadow. However, it is a good go-to product for lazy makeup days.

The lipstick was SGD6 and the brush is SGD5. Rebel With Cause. This lipstick is said to be a dupe for MAC's Rebel. Since I am amazed with Rebel With Cause , I decided to purchase 100% Vamp. Purple Tale Unboxing + Once Upon A Neck Cream Review

A week ago I received a lovely PR package from one of the brands that I have always been curious about, Purpletale . I discovered about brand when I first saw Ryanraroar's  (Singaporean male beauty blogger) Instagram post about it a few months back. My curiosity of the brand developed since then, I just thought that they were unique and captivating in some kind of way. I feel very grateful and lucky when Purpletale have given me the chance to try out their products. I was asked to choose 2 products that I wanted to review, I choose their Once Upon A Neck Cream - because I thought I need to take more care of my neck and Setting the Scene Essence - hoping that it can help to fade my blemishes since  it contains stellar ingredients such as ginseng, peptide complexes, adenosine and niacinamide As soon as I opened the box, not only it is lightly scented, I also didn't expect to receive more than the 2 intended products! PT wow-ed me with their gene...

Boomdeahdah Mild & Pure Cleansing Oil | Comparison Review

Hello, Everyone! Not sure if I can call this a comparison review because there is ONLY ONE (or two or three) difference between these two hahah anyway, lets get into it! Sometime in August, I received an unexpectedly generous package from Boomdeahdah , a Korean Beauty company. Their motto is " We Love The World " which I think is cute. I can't get much info about the company since there is no English translation on their website, but the motto seems to mean that they are focusing on using natural ingredients. I received a total of 6 products from them, they are too kind! In this post I am just going to talk about 2 of the products I received to review, which are their MILD and PURE cleansing oils. I've talked about their Pure Cleansing Water and Eye & Lip Makeup Remover on my Instagram, both which I really love and wanted to purchase. Boomdeahdah Mild Cleansing Oil(180ml) Price: 8,900₩ Ingredients of the Mild Cleansing Oil B...
