I have been waiting for this particular parcel from the US for a month and it excites me when it finally arrives! YIPPEY!!!
I bought 3 products from BH Cosmetics, its my first time purchasing makeup products from the brand. I was not interested in the brand as much before but after knowing that their prices are affordable and they claimed to be good quality products, I just could not refrain myself from making another online purchase. Lets go through the items one by one, shall we?
BH Cosmetics Enhancing Eyes Palette - Beautiful Brown Eyes
There are 3 different palettes to choose from from their enhancing eyes palette. Each palette contains different colors to enhance brown, blue and green eyes. I have brown eyes so I purchased the Beautiful Brown Eyes Palette! Heres an extract about the palette taken from BH Cosmetics website;

The box is brown in color and has a reflective look while the actual palette is white in color and has reflective words and designs. The palette costs USD7, its original price was USD12.

I never thought that the size of the palette to be small. I expected the size to be like Urban Decay Naked Palettes, but it is not. The size makes it easy to carry around and travel-friendly.
Names of the eyeshadows are sited at the bottom of the palette, as well as on its box packaging. The palette expires 2 years after opening.
I was excited so I touched the eyeshadows before taking photo of it, oh well.
Anyway, don't the colors look pretty?? Eyeshadows on the left side are shades of brown and the right side are shades of purple. The 11th and 12th eyeshadows are smokey colors. I think there are 3 mattes, 4 satin and 5 shimmer finishes.
From left to right;
Shell, Tender Spark, Fawn, Mink Wink, So Luxurious, Sienna, Socialite, Amethyst, Mulberry, Mysterious, Gunsmoke, Blackheart
Matte: Shell, Fawn, Blackheart
I am not sure how to differentiate between shimmer and satin, both of them felt similar. Haha.
The palette comes with 2-double ended sponge eyeshadow applicators too (which I forgot to take picture of them earlier). This photo was taken after playing with the palette so thats why the container is dirty and the eyeshadow applicators are stained, haha. The palette's casing is prone to being messy.
JUST LOOK AT HOW PIGMENTED THEY ARE. IT IS SO AMAZING.
Top swatches from left to right;
Shell, Tender Spark, Fawn, Mink Wink, So Luxurious, Sienna, Socialite
Bottom swatches from left to right;
Amethyst, Mulberry, Mysterious, Gunsmoke, Blackheart
Shell: Shell is the lightest color on the palette. It is a light beige color and great to work as an eyeshadow base to lighten the lids.
Tender Spark: pretty shimmery medium brown
Fawn: Matte light chocolate brown
Mink Wink: another pretty shimmery brown
So Luxurious: another shimmery brown *gosh I am so bad at describing colors*
Sienna: pretty sandy-ish brown color. This one reflects beautifully like a foil eyeshadow
Socialite: violety kind of purple?
Amethyst: beautiful not-so-dark purple
Mysterious: color looks similar to Socialite, but darker
Gunsmoke: dark brown
Blackheart: this color is not the blackest black but it is more like smoky black
I played with the brown shades first. I am not so good with eyeshadows yet so my look is simple. I like how Blackheart can be used as an eyeliner, it gives the eyes a soft natural look compared to using a straight black eyeliner.
My thoughts:
The eyeshadows are pigmented, stays on long with an eye primer and does not produce much fall outs. The eyeshadows may be hard to remove without using a makeup remover since the colors are pigmented! I like using the palette overall. The color pay offs are great despite the affordable price. The colors really compliment brown eyes. I will try to come out with a look using purple shades in the palette.

No, but I might purchase the other enhancing eyes palettes eventhough I do not possess green or blue eyes!
Will I recommend?
Yes, the palette is fun to play with and it is a great palette to experiment for makeup beginners.

BH Cosmetics Creme Luxe Lipstick - Toasted
I bought Toasted because I wanted a brown lipstick in my lipstick collection. The lipstick costs USD4. There are a total of 14 colors in BH Cosmetic's Creme Luxe Lipstick collection.
The box has a similar touch to MAC's lipstick boxes, except that this one is a bit bigger than MAC's.
I mentioned before that I like it when the shade of the lipstick is displayed on the packaging so I can easily pick the lipstick that I want without having to check what color it is!
The lipstick has a shape that is similar to Chanel's Rouge lipsticks. The shape makes it easy to apply and glide on the lips and easy lip-lining.
The lipstick features a twist mechanism
The color came out sheer and first, I was almost disappointed because I thought it is going to have a sheer finish. Later, the color turned out fine! Texture is smooth and satin-like and the color turns out awesome. The color is natural brown with a mix of roasted rosy color and has shimmers. I expected it to be directly BROWN but it is not. I am not disappointed though since the color is pretty!
I feel that the color is close to my natural lip color but darker.

My thoughts:
The pigmentation is awesome, color is pretty, the lipstick is moisturizing and does not dry out my lips, it stays for quite awhile but fades after eating and drinking and it transfers a bit easily. The finish is like satin lipsticks, a bit glossy and the shimmers are not so visible actually. I'd wish the finish to come out as matte though.

No, but I may be purchasing other colors from the Creme Luxe Lipstick collection.
Will I recommend?
Yes! but if you are not a fan of lipstick with shimmer, then this is not for you. But the color is pretty~

The holder of the brushes are made out of natural wood! The numbers of the respective brushes are printed on the wood holder itself.
I haven't actually used the brushes yet but they feel super soft! I bet that it gives a gentle feel on the face too. I cannot wait to start using them.
