I swear to God that Purpletale's 5 Steps to Lovely Skin is one of the greatest mask inventions ever. Why? Because it is so convenient for travels when you are worried about bringing bulky full sized products that could possibly leak your luggage. Additionally, you can have more room to store new beauty products that you bought! If this not a convenient beauty product for beauty and travel lovers then I don't know what is, haha.
I carried out my PM skincare routine with Purpletale 5 Steps to Lovely Skin last night. Just a heads up, all products of the routine have similar light nice perfumey scent, it is Purpletale's trademark scent that I love to sniff so much, and all products are enough for one usage at a time.
1. Cleanse with Foam Cleanser
Cleanser is in white cream-like texture that foams well even with only the use of hands. it leaves my face feeling clean, not drying after wash, hence my face feels moisturized. I did some extraction after washing, all the gunks in pores are released so easily!!!
2. Treat with Ampoule
Has a clear texture that is not runny. Absorbs nicely and fully into skin with massage, no waiting needed. face feels soft afterwards.
3. Pamper with Sheet Mask
The sheetmask is a biocellulose mask!!!!! I love biocellulose mask because of its thin nature, non-slipping and has that second skin feel. It is the most THINNEST biocellulose mask I've ever used. Even the separators that 'trapped' the biocellulose mask in the middle was thin, the separators are made out of thin fabric material. the mask prior to using was folded nicely, so it was easy to unfold it. The fitting isn't a problem to me, it fits my face shape and contours accordingly. The biocellulose mask has a clear almost jelly-like essence, theres not much of its remaining essence inside the packet. Kept on 30 mins, dries matte with partial glow, skin feels supple. I feel saddened when I could not take a good selfie with the mask and The Beauty of You headband on. I have a bad lighting and phone selfie quality /cries. But anyway, I will show you guys a mask selfie with the biocellulose mask on when I use it for the second time.
4. Moisturize with Facial Cream
I didn't know which Purpletale cream this was and it turned out to be their Ode to Hydration Facial Cream! I wanted to try out this cream! The cream is rich but not too heavy, doesn't feel greasy nor heavy after application. I think that this kind of cream suits for day-time use too for oily skin. It spreads well and absorbs into the skin nicely.

5. Nourish with Neck Cream
Love this one, the neck cream featured is their Once Upon A Neck Cream. I posted a full review on the neck cream HERE.
My skin feels so nice after implementing a PM skincare routine that consists of mostly Purpletale products. The next morning, my skin looked glowy(not in an oily way) and just nice~ no breakouts as well, yeay!
My Final thoughts
After trying out the 5 Steps to Lovely Skin, I would really love it if Purpletale come out with the full version of the cleanser and ampoule!!!! My skin and I love them so much. Pretty please, PT? I will be waiting and buying, haha. I also want to get the full size packaging of Ode to Hydration Facial Cream. I love the 5 Steps to Lovely Skin overall!!!
Pros +
- Travel-convenient
- Amazing products all in one, need I say more?
Cons -
- None!
Will I purchase?
Yes with no doubts!!!
Will I recommend?
Ofcourse. If you are looking to try out your first Purpletale product, the 5 Steps to Lovely Skin is the cheapest and a wonderful one. It kinda makes you want to invest in more PT products.
Where to buy?
You can purchase directly at Purpletale's official website at www.purpletale.com HERE is the direct product link. With a price of USD 7.99, the pricing is not bad considering that the routine comes with 5 different products and a biocellulose mask, biocellulose masks cost around USD 5 in average. PT offers free shipping for orders above USD 40 and ships to any countries that offer deliveries via UPS and FedEx. Reaching a minimum of USD 40 will be easy since most of their product prices are close to reaching the amount.
Thank you so much, Purpletale and thank you guys for reading!❤❤❤❤❤
