[REVIEW] Wish Formula C450 & C200 Bubble Peeling Pads

Hi, everyone! Happy Friday! Today I am going to do reviews on Wish Formula (Korean brand) bubble peeling pads, C450 is for the body and C200 for the face. I won their giveaway event and Wish Formula sent these as gifts and for review purposes. This might be my last post(or not) before I get busy with school life...

I actually already did first impression reviews on these on my Instagram last month. I will copy paste my review below.

Let me describe about the bubble peeling pads first. These pads are a dual peeling system with Fermented Peeling Pad & Solution (Patent) to remove skin impurities and dead skin cells. Both pads for face and body contains fermented botanical extracts to deeply penetrate into skin after exfoliation for brightened and glowing skin. They are designed to work as Professional Spa Program (Body/Face Peel + Vitamin treatment) but yet easy for everyone to use at home.

The bubble peeling pads have 2 sides, front part (with label) is for tapping in the vitamin contents inside the pads on the skin and the back part (exfoliation) is for massaging the face or body. Pictures to come below. Both peeling pads have similar ingredients content. Each pads can get up to 2 to 3 uses, and to be used once or twice a week.

Just for a heads up, both peeling pads have such delightful lemon-citrusy scent that I love! The scent isn't overwhelming. Since I have used up the 'bubble'/actual vitamin that is stored in the peeling pad itself, I am unable to show you guys how it is like, but the bubble is white and foamy~

The front part to tap the vitamin into skin after exfoliating and the band is used for gripping while exfoliating the body~ size for the bubble peeling pad for body is bigger than for the face, it is oval in shaped.

"💙 Received the C450 Bubble Peeling Pad from @wishformula in exchange for an honest review. It is a body peel + vitamin treatment in a sponge form that has 2 sides; for exfoliating and soft pad to pat the essence into skin.🍋 Has a non-overwhelming lemony scent that I really like. Applied on damp, the exfoliating pad did a good job in grabbing the impurities thats been lying on my skin, so ew and satisfying at the same time, rinsed off and leaves my body clean. 🍊 the con? It felt like I was scaling my body. It wasn't too harsh but I still can feel the 'sharp' sensation; sensitive and thin skin should consider using this product or try to use it slowly and gently. Glad that theres no redness. 💛 No instant glowing nor brightening effect for me, it can be used a few times so I can find that out later. Emphasized ingredients: Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Polyglutamic Acid, AHA, Organic-7 and Fermented Extract Complex-3."

Final thoughts:

I managed to get only 2 uses from the body bubble peeling pad. I like how it managed to grab impurities from my body effectively, its a bit gross but satisfying at the same time. I feel that my body is cleaner. I didn't really observe brightening and glowing effects on my body, nor it felt softer and smooth, just feeling cleaner. Still going to complain about the 'sharp sensation', I don't like it when it feels like it is shredding off my skin like a cheese grater *a bit exaggerating* so....I don't think I want to try this again nor purchasing it, eventhough my skin isn't that sensitive, it pains me. Additionally, I can't be aggressive with these exfoliating pads.

Wish Formula C200 Bubble Peeling Pad (for face) Review

Bubble peeling pad for the face is smaller and cuter in size, it is round in shape.

Has a non-overwhelming lemony scent that I love. Noticed some brightening and glowing effects too🍋The con? Again, it felt like I was scaling my face. Its not painful when I swipe gently and slowly, but sometimes to get the most of exfoliation, you just want to massage and do circular motions, my skin isn't sensitive but it pains me. Sensitive skin and bumpy acne skin might want to consider using this, it might hurt the acne🍊thank goodness theres no breakouts, redness and irritation. I like the effects that it gave me but I doubt that I'll purchase it, if only the exfoliating part was less harsh and gentle🔔"

Final thoughts:

This bubble peeling pad for the face particularly made my skin felt fresh, clean, soft, smoother and brighter after use, you know the kind of soft that makes you don't wanna stop touching your face. I managed to get 3 uses for this one, just like the bubble peeling pad for the body, I noticed that this one did a good job in grabbing impurities as well.

I am not going to purchase both as I prefer a gentler exfoliation method like sugar face scrub, gommage peeling etc.

Will I recommend?

Well if your skin is strong with this kind of exfoliation method, why not. Just be sure to be slow and not aggressive at first, in case if any irritation will occur.

I am not sure since the official Wish Formula website only has Korean version and no English page, but you can make it easier to buy by asking a Korean personal shopper to get them for you and ship them to your place.

I can't find the prices on the website either ;~;
