Freeman Mint & Lemon Clay Mask Review | by Finn W

Annyeong, Everyone~
I finally get to write a blog post. The internet was bad the past few days, the weather was pretty windy too.

I bought this Freeman Mint & Lemon Clay Mask at Watsons Miri last year. I cracked it open because I wanted to see if it will do any help to my pimples. It claims to control oil & breakouts, thats the reason why I bought it at the first place.

Spoiler alert: what does this even do?

Texture

Colour: light green mint color
Scent: light minty smell
Texture: Thick, spreads easily. It dries quite fast within less than 10 minutes. It has a tightening effect as it dries.

Does that scare you?

My Thoughts

This mask stings my eyes during the first application. Now that I have been using it frequently, it doesn't sting anymore. The Freeman Avocado & Oatmeal Clay mask always stings my eyes every time I use it (review here), I am glad that this one doesn't so I can comfortably continue using it.

I am just going to be straight forward about its effects.

Control breakouts? I don't really notice any difference. I am not sure if it does any soothing to my breakouts.

Yes to control oil but then I always use this at night and my skin is always less oily at night. I wonder if it will make any difference if I use it during the day.

Large pores did not disappear, sadly.

Skin feels refreshed? Perhaps, due to the mint.

Overall it is a meh product for me and I won't repurchase.
It may be cheap for only around RM19, but it is too bad that it doesn't even help with my smallest pimples. I am going to keep on using it (and apply to my back body too) until I empty it.

Thanks for reading~ Have you tried this product before? How was your experience with it?

It is already the month of Halloween, which is October and also, this month marks the Princess's 20th birthday at the end of the month mwehehehehhehehehehehhehehehehhe. It is only 3 months left to 2016. It always amazes me how time flies so fast without realizing. In this post, I will talk about my very first IPL treatment on both of my underarms!
