[Jolse] Wish Formula Special Kit Review by Finn W Part 1

I was lucky enough to be chosen by Jolse to review the Wish Formula Special Kit.

The kit consists of 4 items. Which are:

1) Wish Formula The Bat Eye Mask with Centella Honey Fermented Essence

2) Wish Formula C200 Bubble Peeling Pad. I tried this before and you can read about my experiences HERE. I think my opinion might also be the same the second time. I am scared to use it again because I can easily get over-exfoliated when using it. The key is to use it gently.

3) Wish Formula Ampoule Pad C

4) Various Wish Formula samples. I will go through them one by one below.

1) Aloe Gel (skin soothing & moisturizing gel)

2) Reparative K Cream (skin barrier repairing cream)

3) Pore Tightening Serum (skin elasticity & pore minimizing serum)

4) Purifying Toner (refresher for oily skin)

5) Fermented Oil-free Moisturizing Lotion (oil-free moisturizer for oily & sensitive skin)

6) Ceramide Lotion (deep moisturizing lotion effect for dry & sensitive skin)

7) Fermented oil-free Dr Mild Sun block (SPF 50+/PA+++ UV A, B protection)

8) Hydra Base pH 5.5 Toner (pH balancing effect for all skin)

9) Fermented AC X-Spot (trouble & spot clearing serum for dry skin)

10) Fermented Calming Serum (soothing serum for sensitive skin)

I tried the aloe gel last night and heres what I have to say about it:

The sample is good for two uses. It is a clear, thick, scentless gel that spreads easily, absorbs fully into skin without leaving a non-sticky or greasy finish. It is moisturizing and contributes to hydration. Not sure about soothing because I didn't experience any redness or sunburn but I applied it at an irritated area where I did an extraction and the area is still inflamed.

Though I think that it is not as moisturizing, it is a great lightweight moisturizer which is suitable for oily skin types. I might want to get the full size if the ingredients list looks alright! 

I am still testing the other samples so do keep an eye for an update!

My Thoughts

The bat eye mask is has a soft cotton material and well saturated with essence. The essence has a light yellow colour, watery consistency and scentless. The eye mask can be placed easily and it adhered well throughout use without slipping even when it nearly 100% dries.

Essence absorbed fully after took off without any sticky finish. it leaves the area moisturized and hydrated. Not sure about soothing but I didn't experience any irritation. I can't really notice the brightening effects as well, I feel my complexion looked the same. Anyway, I think the areas benefited from the anti-aging and nourishment it provided.

Overall I think that it just performed normally, nothing too special to me. It is just a fun eye mask concept, I might purchase just for fun but not for the effects, if that makes sense, but it is better to spend my money on an eye mask that works.
