I won a box of Ilpumsong Goback Mask sheet on a Instagram giveaway which was hosted by @minibbeauty

In exchange of winning the prize, I've collaborated with MiniB Beauty to provide my honest review about the mask.

You can see a remarkable change in your skin due to the stronger anti-aging effect. / Pine needles' essence that has antioxidant effacement covers up for your skin texture, improves your wrinkles, and makes you look younger.

Even more than that, this is a premium mask applying a three-dimensional solution that soothes sensitive skin as well as adds enough energy and moisture and moisturizes your skin.

In short, the claims are to improve skin texture, anti-aging, antioxidant, prevent wrinkles, soothe and moisturize skin.

The box comes with a set of 5 mask sheets. Another info of the mask that I found on MiniB Beauty's website (source) is that the mask is made with Environmental Working Group (www.ewg.org) approved green ingredients. The masks contain ZERO Synthetic Fragrance, Synthetic Colors, Mineral Oils, Silicon Oils and also NO Parabens.

About Ilpumsong

I check out the masks brand's website at www.krbeautylab.com and found out more information. Here are what I found:

- Ilpumsong products are against animal testing

- Their products contain 0% of Paraben, Phenoxyethenol, Mineral Oils, Synthetic Colors, Synthetic Fragrance, PEG, Silicone Oil, Dimethicone and Cyclomethicone

- The brand's star ingredient is PINE NEEDLE OIL which is used to accelerate skin regeneration and provide whitening effects

- and Ilpumsong also has been awarded with The World Luxury Brand Awards and Consumer Power Hit Awards

I have used the Ilpumsong Goback Masks two times before proceeding with this review. I featured the masks in my February 2017 sheet mask empties on my Instgram @fnn_w

Spoiler: I love the mask!

The packaging looks simple but I like it and it has that 'clean' and 'love the Earth' feeling.

Ingredients

It is fully written in Hangul/Korean language at the back. I asked MiniB Beauty for translation of the ingredients and here they are:

Ingredients to note: (not in order)

- There are alot of natural extracts, I love seeing them in products! There are quite an amount of Leaf Extracts, Flower Extracts, Fruit Oil, Flower Oil, Seed Oil, Root Extracts
- Its star ingredient which is PINE is listed 12th

- There is also Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, a peptide to retain skin moisture and Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate which is a fermented ingredient that contains natural amino acids, vitamins and anti-oxdiants (though the percentage amount is not stated)

- Betaine and Adenosine are known for its anti-aging benefits

- Allantoin for skin moisturizing

- Arginnie is a form of Amino Acid which heals to repair and clear skin

- Sodium Hyaluronate and Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid for moisturizing dry skin

- Hydrolyzed Collagen for skin elasticity

Material, Essence, Scent

Material: Thin almost transparent tencel-type, the kind of thinness that allows your flaws to peek through

Essence: clear, thick, almost like a gelly

Scent: has a nice plant herbal smell, which I assumed is the smell of a Pine. I love smells like this and in fact I have a Pine-scented room spray. The smell is not ovewhelming to me.

Fitting

- The eye loops are a bit wide

- Short nose part

- The fit is good to me anyway cause there are not much excess on the edges and the adherence is good

- the mask is very saturated with essence

My Thoughts and The Mask's Effects

The first time I had it on for 40+ minutes and it still stayed wet especially on the cheeks area and when I squeezed out the essence, there were a plenty which can be enough to slather on my whole body.

The second time I had it on for 30 minutes, still, it was wet and I could've had it on longer but the center areas (forehead, nose, above lip and chin) were already dried up.

In terms of moisturizing...

After massaging in the essence, it leaves a sticky finish that lasted quite awhile, probably an hour or so then the stickiness dissipates and you can layer an additional moisturizer.

My skin type is dehydrated oily but it has been balanced but still oily recently. I find that this mask is highly highly moisturizing that I can even skip my forthcoming skincare steps and just finish my routine after using the mask! and even when I needed an extra moisturizer, I only need to apply one layer and my face will be moisturized and hydrated throughout the night. I think this mask will be able to replenish dry skin types too.

Sensitivity?

As a person with an acne prone skin, the mask fortunately did not break me out nor give me any tingling or irritation.

Other notable effects...

Since it is a super moisturizing mask, it leaves that obvious after sheetmask glow complexion, my skin is brightened too and becomes more elastic/bouncy. On my pimples, it look soothed after using the mask.

I can't say anything about 'improving wrinkles' since I do not have any heavy ones but I am sure my skin benefited from its anti-aging and antioxidant goodness.

There are things to watch out for this mask. Since it was highly moisturizing for me and leaves a sticky finish, it can be clogging especially if you have an easily clogged skin like mine.

Other than the above, there is nothing bad to say about this mask! I love it and definitely saving the remaining 3 masks for future use.

Will I Purchase?

Oh I definitely will! And I also would definitely recommend this amazing mask to others since it doesn't really have dangerous ingredients and it gives great effects.
